  • Work closely with investment teams, lending desk heads, internal stakeholders and external service providers including administrators, lawyers and placement agents.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, controls and operational processes
  • Monitor fund KPIs, KRIs, compliance obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Assess new fund opportunities, including commercial viability, fundraising potential, fund structures, operational readiness and regulatory considerations such as AIFMD
  • Drive projects and change initiatives across a developing and entrepreneurial business area.
Experience:
  • Experience within funds, investment management or institutional client environments
  • Background in product, fund operations, fund administration, fund structuring or related areas
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with genuine scope for ownership
