Joe leads Pearse Portfolio across our Search, Interim, Board and Advisory practices, bringing 17 years’ experience in interim search and executive talent. He specialises in working with Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies to identify senior leaders who can drive growth, transformation and value creation. Alongside leading the team, his particular focus is board level search across infrastructure and energy focused Private Equity portfolio companies, where he advises on Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Advisory appointments. Joe also has extensive experience delivering C-suite and senior interim mandates, supporting businesses through periods of change, M&A, succession and growth. His approach is highly relationship-led and built around taking the time to understand the people, culture and ambitions behind each business.

Will leads the Pearse Portfolio interim team and has eight years of expertise in recruiting Interim CFOs and Senior Finance professionals across the UK and Europe. His focus is on supporting Infrastructure funds and management teams of assets across Energy, Renewables and Digital Infrastructure.

Will has over ten years' experience recruiting senior finance and portfolio leaders in a range of sectors, having worked with clients and candidates in both London and Edinburgh. He specialises in partnering with private equity and infrastructure investors, as well as their portfolio companies, with a particular focus on the energy transition sector. Working closely with funds, founders, boards and executive teams, Will supports the appointment of C-Suite executives, Senior Finance leaders and specific needs within a finance function who can drive value creation, support investment and financing activities, and lead businesses through periods of growth, transformation and exit.

Charlie has specialised in supporting Venture Capital and Private Equity backed tech businesses to scale their finance teams with top leaders, particularly focusing on the Fintech, SaaS and Financial Services sectors. His experience ranges from securing early stage start-ups their first CFO to full finance team build outs for businesses preparing for IPO.

Krupali specialises in executive and senior finance search for PE-backed Infrastructure businesses. Before moving into executive search, she trained in audit qualifying with first time passes, before spending a decade in commercial finance, culminating in a position on River Island's Finance Leadership Team. Her first-hand finance leadership experience gives her a unique perspective and enables her to advise investors, boards and management teams with genuine commercial credibility, identifying, and assessing with technical rigour, finance leaders who drive growth, transformation and value creation.

Max began his career in recruitment after relocating from Sydney to London, joining the Fintech, SaaS and Financial Services division at Pearse Portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Business specialising in Finance, and prior to recruitment gained hands-on accounting experience giving him a genuine understanding of the technical and commercial pressures his clients and candidates face.

Joy began her recruitment career in Australia, where she spent two years honing her skills before moving to the UK for an additional four years. Eight years ago, she transitioned into a marketing role, where her responsibilities have evolved to encompass both Operations and Marketing. Joy has been instrumental in building and enhancing these functions, driving strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and success.
