Pearse Portfolio are supporting a PE-backed digital infrastructure business in looking for an interim Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager to partner with its finance team on delivery of the FY2027 budget. A defined, high visibility project working alongside the existing finance function to build and land the plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with finance and the wider business to deliver the FY2027 budget
- Work with department and regional heads to build bottom-up opex and capex plans
- Feed clean, well supported numbers into the consolidated budget
- Build the models, assumptions and analysis behind the plan
- Support the finance team through review, challenge and sign-off
Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong FP&A and business partnering experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, infrastructure, or another capital intensive, PE-backed environment
- Comfortable building bottom-up budgets at pace in a fast scaling business
- Credible with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Immediately available or on short notice
