Finance Manager – High Growth Fintech/Payments Business
We’re delighted to be partnering with a high-growth payments scale-up to secure a Finance Manager to join their expanding global finance function. Since raising their Series B investment round with elite investors, the business has rapidly expanded globally, with revenue more than doubling year-on-year, and with plans to IPO in 2028.
The Role:
As a key member of the finance function, the Finance Manager will support the coordination of statutory audits across multiple global entities. They will be involved in streamlining finance processes and building scalable, automated reporting infrastructure. They will also help shape strong financial controls, and support monthly reporting. This is a broad role, working closely with various company functions including, operations and compliance to ensure the smooth running of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support statutory and external audits for their global entities.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the month-end close process, preparing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Partnering with the wider finance team on commercial finance and automation projects.
- Support the implementation of systems and tools to optimise financial processes.
- Various ad-hoc projects to support the ongoing growth of the business.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
- Demonstrated experience in financial and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience within fintech or financial services is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
